Why does the Christies website not have a search box (eg for looking up past lots) when using a smartphone, nor a a menu a the top of the page. I have the Christies app, but it now requires me update it but only using the iO17 or later!!!

Painfully laggy, please fix!
The app design and layout is good, but I almost always give up on trying to load MyChristies as it takes so long. It’s pretty much unusable even on 5G or WiFi and I have an up to date iPhone. Looking at individual lots in My Lots and them coming out again takes forever. And the follow button on lots often doesn’t work, I have to click several times. It is really poor and I basically have to use the website not the app. Unsure why it doesn’t work, Sothebys app always does!
