Some improvements but overall the new app is worse
Team, the new app is worse. What’s going on? Logged out everyday, not showing historical bids, constantly “unable to connect” and unable show the current bidding prices, photos not loading. I’d just revert back, I know it cost a lot of time and money for you to do this upgrade but it’s worse than the old app.

Can’t use the app
After the latest update(May 2026), I can’t run the app: it keeps trying. I deleted and downloaded again, the same problem persists. If I go to auctions menu from the website and try to load “24 more auctions”, I get the error “can’t load more auctions”. I used this app for years without a problem. My phone is OK because I can download other apps. Please help.

Still needs perf improvement; not engaging
still slow; wasting my time and the spinning progress arrows per lot entry are annoying to see on my iphone.
Update made app unusable
Bring back the old app. This is laggy and unstable.
Disaster upgrade
Omg what an unbelievable disappointment and disaster this upgrade was. It is now literally impossible to follow lots. Every time you log in--and the app constantly logs you out--EVERY LOT YOUVE EVER FOLLOWED IS SHOWN FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME. Even after "unfollowing " them all. Do better!
