A very poor app
Looses connection every 30 seconds. Missed so many lots that I was keen to purchase as the UEX is so poor.
Really dysfunctional update
Hard to follow items rendering app fairly useless.
Some improvements but overall the new app is worse
Team, the new app is worse. What’s going on? Logged out everyday, not showing historical bids, constantly “unable to connect” and unable show the current bidding prices, photos not loading. I’d just revert back, I know it cost a lot of time and money for you to do this upgrade but it’s worse than the old app.

Can’t use the app
After the latest update(May 2026), I can’t run the app: it keeps trying. I deleted and downloaded again, the same problem persists. If I go to auctions menu from the website and try to load “24 more auctions”, I get the error “can’t load more auctions”. I used this app for years without a problem. My phone is OK because I can download other apps. Please help.
