Not buyer friendly/agile
I would say my only issue is the lack of agility and buyer-friendly features. I bought a piece and realized the sizing wouldn’t work for the wall, client, etc., in the end. To cancel the offer, I have to email Artsy over and over. They say 24 hours which I emailed about 5 times in 24 hours to make sure. Instead of an easy, cancel here.

As a pretty jaded working artist, I was curious to see what this app looked like for artist, not consumers and I am pleased. It feels like a refreshing sip from a fire hose! The app is visually simple and allows me to view hundreds of artworks at a time, find who I wanna follow, and reach out if I wanna buy. Well done app people!!!
