Bad communication
Certain sellers and buyers on this platform are very flaky. The platform should allow ratings for no communication to be included into their rating. For example, if I as a buyer, ask a question to a seller, but getting no response from the seller for days, weeks, months, then there should be a option where you can flag this seller for the no response. I understand that people are people, but it's what we can control within the app is the issue.
