When I purchased this I was expecting to be able look up date of manufacture pertaining to a “date letter”. Sadly all you can look up is the manufacturer. Very disappointing

I used this app, then had to cancel last year because of a hiccup - I was paying the subscription, but all of a sudden I didn’t have full access. Fast forward, thought I would give it another go. I absolutely love this app. One of the best resources without having to search multiple websites. Does it have quirks, maybe - but I love using this as a reference. Keep doing what you are doing!

Liar and a cheat
Back in 2022 I purchased the full unlock for this app, allowing me to view all of the marks without restriction. According to my in-app purchase history “full unlock” was purchased March 24, 2022 for $4.99. I don’t use this app often, but it has been helpful every once in a while. I logged in today, and when I try to search for a mark, the app now tries to charge me for a SUBSCRIPTION FEE to unlock what I ALREADY PAID FOR. There is an option to restore purchase. This does nothing. Their button to contact support does not work as well. Whoever made this app is a liar and a cheat. If you are doing this, please refund the full unlock I previously paid for, because I obviously do not have a “full unlock” at all.

already paid for app some time ago and suddenly it vanished and I couldn't access it any more. Pleased to see it back but surprised I am being asked to contribute again!! Seemingly impossible to discuss my situation by email or any other means.

My go to app for jewelry research
This app has so many marker’s marks. I buy a lot of jewelry and this app has been very helpful in saving me time I don’t have to research on the internet as much.

This app says that it’s possible to fully unlock the app with a single purchase but the functionality doesn’t work.
Silver hallmarks
App is complete waste of time. Although you can download doc it would appear that any search you initiate requires you to pay to upgrade.
Can’t do picture search.
Can’t search with taking a picture!! That’s why I PURCHASED this app. So then I tried searching very simple clear letter markings and no matter what I put on this silver piece this app always say “no results found”
