Frequent payment failures! Also, high charges for card payments!
Hyperlinks will not work
When there is a hyperlink to a google document or link to some page appear like a normal text and not clickable. You are forced to use another device type same text carefully in a browser to open that document. This is very annoying
Faulty app
I have made a transaction on My debit card for fee payment. It didn’t reflect in the app. When I was trying raise concern. It was showing offensive words. Infact I only mentioned that the transaction failed. Please check the image and rectify. No link to communicate for transactions issues also.
Resolution for app crash or not working in iOS
This app not working for me in iOS and when I uninstall the app and install again it is working fine for me. Please check if this way it is working for you incase if you are facing issues with iOS.

App crashes since long time now
Nobody to check what is happening with this app - need to have dedicated team who can look after this - it's been 3-4 months now - Social revolution is at its peak - we are still long way behind the mark. Actions needs to be taken thick and fast !! Gear up guys !!!

Multiple issues noticed.
1. Forcing us to enable notifications, with out permission app won’t allow to proceed further.
2. Data showing incorrectly and not showing the latest data, look like shown from some cache. I have compared with with website.
3. Needs some improvements in some UI pages. Not showing correctly.

GPS tracking
Hi, Very poor performance of GPS tracker, maps are not working properly. We missed the bus so many times due to wrong GPS location. Earlier little bit better then now, I think earlier app use to have Google Maps.Please look into it and do needful.

Unable to login
Unable to login after version update. Message displayed as invalid credentials. However, the same creds work on the website.

There is no option for raising queries, writing feed back or for raising issues and griviences through my MCB.
Messages are one way.
