Check Points and Rewards
I like that you can check your points and what rewards you’re eligible for. You can also shop their online menu directly from the app.
Gets the job done
Simple and easy. I can check my points and make preorders. This new update made it less clunky. I get notified whenever there’s sales so that’s cool too.
Terrible
This app probably has only one good use, and that is you can see how many points you have. You should NEVER redeem points on the app because if you do then they disappear forever and then cannot be used at the dispensary. The interface is very poor and lacks user friendliness. Everything feels stiff to navigate. The app also acts as a middle man for the website since when you either need to place an order or look at inventory, the app just redirects you to the website. So why not use the website in the first place? What good is the app if it doesn’t let you shop at Silver State Relief, look at inventory, or even use the points?

Hi isaiahau, Thank you for your input! We heard you and we made some changes to the app to resolve the issues and improve the user experience. We hope that our latest update meets your expectations. The shop button now directs you to our menu where you can check stock and place an order at your preferred location. The point redemption buttons no longer remove the points from your account when you click on them. Loading speed is quicker and everything is more legible. Please let us know how we did! Thank you.
