Good concept but buggy
I enjoy the concept and gameplay a lot but some bits are frustrating.
The game sometimes won’t tell you information like the conditions for upgrading high quality housing. The crises are also super annoying bc they can reset production to zero without any way to stop it. Lots of translations are also bad/not done.
Feels more like a beta version than finished.

“Delete All Civilizations” Locked Me Out of My Account
I purchased the China Civilization DLC just a few days ago and barely had a chance to play it. I used the “Delete all civilizations of this account” button because I thought it would let me start over. Instead, my account was permanently locked with Error xx003. Customer support simply told me to create a new account. Am I really expected to pay for the DLC again? This is completely unacceptable. There should be a clear warning before this action. I wish I could upload the email I got from customer support.

Such a waste of time
Unable to reach level 9 since it requires grain stall which only be built once you’re in level 9. You will have no other choice but paying money to buy diamond to skip to level 9. Deleted the game

Aztec still locked for task mode why?
Why is the Aztec civilization still locked? If you want to do task mode you can only do Aztec if you want to do sandbox. Why is that?

It is a good game, just keep updating the game and remove errors from game.
Full of bugs
Latest update has lots of bugs, the game touch response dont work, have to quit and restart the game. Developers kindly resolve this issue

I deleted my content and now cannot play. I get the message: “seems there is a problem here, which may be caused by the internet.” “Your question has been submitted and we will deal with it as soon as possible.” There is nothing wrong with my internet and I did not submit a question, I assume they mean an error code. I agree with other reviews in that I would like to access the content I PAID for. Some other reviews were written months ago which doesn’t give me hope that they will “deal with it as soon as possible”.

This game has bugs and is made for you to spend real money on in order to advance the game. It’s sloooooow and it has bugs that keep you stuck on levels with no real helpful guidance. You can’t even google much about this game from the makers with any sort of directions. It’s a scam game don’t bother.

the last time ive played this game was back in 2023, and when i did, the american servers were down. then the servers being down was new and the devs were actually workings on the game still. i come back 2 years later to see that the servers are still down. and is anyone else not connecting to world chat anymore?

cannot access america server
A couple of weeks ago, I deleted all my games civilizations using the user settings. Since then, I’ve not been able to use the America server and I get an automated response which says it’s been reported. I have paid for content on this game and I would like to be able to access it. I would really like this fixed as I really enjoy the game. when I play on the other servers that I can access my DLC’s that I purchased are not available to me
