Update now broken
Not that it was great before but at least it mostly worked. Now I can’t get past the load screen telling me all the problems it has fixed. Helllllppppp!!!
Unable to access app since upgrade
Since updating to v1.3.1594, when I open the app a screen of information appears that I can not click out of. The app is now useless. Was working well before the update. PLEASE FIX!!
Useless app
Same problem as others, won’t connect. Goes into endless “mandatory firmware upgrade” loop. Totally useless app. I wonder what bugs they fixed since I last tried - didn’t work the, doesn’t work now!
What a Waste of Time
Where do I start? The app has only connected for me once, I spent a lot of time shutting the device off and on, my phone off and on, my Wi-Fi off and on, forgetting the Wi-Fi network, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc. etc.
Finally I gave up. I turned the Wi-Fi on the device off, and I deleted the app.
What a waste of time and a shame they don’t fix this, as there are no positive reviews - the app was part of the appeal for purchasing a really expensive system, I’ll add my voice to the others (years old) asking you to fix this.

Updated the firmware and now can’t see Pico on the WiFi at all.
