Simba Projects Tracker

The app is built for our family office to run their projects. I High level functionality ===================== Access levels: - Administrator access - End user access What admin can do? - Create new projects - Assign teams to projects - Create master data - work streams / categories - Add users and send invites - Create tasks / work on tasks / view statuses - Review status of web and mobile app deployments What end-users can see/do? - View the project they are assigned to (you must be added to a project team to be able to see the project) - They can create tasks / view tasks / add updates to a task for the project they are assigned to - Be able to tag team members in conversations/updates - Full access from web and mobile - Get notifications when tagged on a comment and vice versa Key features: - Login with magic link (simply put your email ID and it send a link/code to your email) - no passwords needed - Notifications when users are tagging each other - Ability to create multiple projects and teams at the same time - long term use and scalability beyond American Golf - Can invite anyone as users can only see projects, they are part off. - Be able to attach documents Deployment - On Microsoft Azure Cloud (Simba account) - Complete test suites implemented from day one - Full observability implemented from day one
