Had potential

This app sucks. Can’t even search my address to look at my schedule for a home that was built in 1955 smh. Address not found. Fix your bloody app. You got enough taxpayer funded dollars over there to make tweaks this is unacceptable

Blue bin collection dates no longer show on calendar and…

This app has usually been 5/5 great. This year when I put out yard was because it scheduled to be picked up it wasn’t picked up and there are currently no weeks scheduled for blue bin pickup on the App calendar

Good app

Very useful app, especially around Christmas and annual battery collection time. But I usually check with neighbours for the garbage/recycle days. I match up what they pull out. Otherwise, I like the app.

Great app. Makes putting out the right bins a no brainer, we don’t make much, so the bins are not always full, also good to double check what goes where 👍

Easy access to info

It’s nice to have, at your fingertips, info like holiday schedules, and unique pick ups like yard waste etc.

Excellent App

Just moved to Wasaga Beach and this app has be so helpful in getting to know the garbage collection system. User-friendly and well thought-out. I love it!

Terrible app

This is useless as an app. There is no real information I can collect from it so the web browser is still the go to to try and find info. Super annoying that it pushes the app that does nothing. I can’t even load the schedule for the whole year. Just use the pdf on the web browser for the actual calendar. Stop pushing this app until it improves. Nobody wants a whole tab to play a game. I want a map showing the zones. Not a loop to try and figure out my zone. That would be more handy than a stupid game option lol

Pick up the garbage

I will say instead of to pick up the garbage by every 2 week should be every week instead because on summer it smells so
Much of garbage and a lot of bugs.

Recycling

Might recommend more clothing or small appliance pickups for recycling items that can be donated for good causes such as Diabetes.

Also allow more regular recycling of garden refuse to allow for people to want to be involved in keeping home in order trimming, gardening etc.
