I downloaded the app but it’s always displaying waiting, I stayed 1 hour then it displayed just graphics. It is a garbage

Ich habe 2x 8.99€ und 1x 29.99€ Abo gemacht

Da ist ein Fehler aufgetreten und es sagt die Zahlung konnte nicht abgebucht werden bei dem für 30€ 2x 9€ wurde abgebucht, aber ich sehe nur das mein Sohn online ist, die Berichte kann ich nicht einsehen und es kommt immer wieder die Zahlung Aufforderung? Gibt’s es eine Anleitung wie man die Berichte einsehen kann??
