You always see which one it is, and whether a person confirmed it or it was read off the venue's own menu. WHERE THE PLACES COME FROM The map starts with OpenStreetMap, drawn by people who know their own neighbourhoods, and with menus read from venues' own sites. Every venue page tells you which of those you are looking at, and the community confirms and corrects it from there. When nobody has vouched for a place yet, we say so instead of guessing.
