Very good.

I love the behaviour of this app. It feels quite real, especially when you have a live actor. However, I would very much recommend adding a WPW Delta wave variant of the SVT and sinus rhythms as an option because that is a quite common ECG/EKG finding. I also think there should also be sinc-cardioversion.

Great App!

I’m a clinical educator and we use SimMon for all our insitu simulation, as well as at our sim center. It’s super easy to use and has a minimalistic interface which I love. Sliding your finger up or down on the vital sign to quickly change the rate/value is genius. A lot of the time we don’t have a sim tech to run a simulator, so using SimMon allows me to easily adjust vitals while still being able to watch the learners. We have the app on all our iPad sets!
