Hi, I'm Simone and this is my application!
My name is Simone Giovani and I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer specialized in slimming through high-intensity functional training mainly in bodyweight!
I was born as a Kickboxing agonist and my training idea is based on fun and joy! I think it is essential to train but if you can do it with a smile I think that then you will have really achieved your goal!
