Les filtres de recherche sont ridicules. On ne peut sélectionner prix croissants ou décroissants, pas de sélection de couleur ou matériel ou grandeur. Bref🙄. Ce qui est disponible sur l’app ne correspond pas aux stocks en magasin s et plusieurs glitchs lorsqu’on veut consulter un article; on click dessus puis, RIEN, pas d’article et nous montre la page d’entrée des soldes. Aucune photo de proche pour bien voir les détails ou la texture du tissu. App digne de 2003.

Terrible app
This app is so difficult to use. It clears your information if you switch windows, as in while I was checking a postal code for shipping once I returned to the app all of my personal information had been cleared forcing me to re-enter. I placed an order twice and each time the order was cancelled wothin seconds without any explanation. I can transfer the required funds out of my account so there are no holds or measures to prevent me from spending money at this business, I guess they just don’t want it.
Better off just going to Walmart or something. Completely asinine app that developers needto pull and completely rewrite as far as I’m concerned.

Don’t buy luxury items
Warning - Simons routinely oversells luxury items they lack the inventory for. Sure the sale prices are appealing but it’s a coin toss whether your order will actually be fulfilled. What’s even more troubling is customer service defends this practice. That’s the reason for the one star - a lack of accountability for the dissatisfaction this practice creates.

Apple Signin Doesn’t Work
Tried to sign in using the Apple sign-in option and it simply got stuck in a loop of making me sign in. Terribly buggy app, disappointing as I’ve been really curious about Simon’s and heard they’re good quality. But this app makes me question the quality of all their stuff…
Worst App
I have tried to sign up multiple times for their membership program only to have it fail.
Not sure why I keep ordering from them without getting rewards. I spend time inputing all my info and then nothing. Scary what has happened to my info.

Page keep refreshing
As tittle every single time i clicked into a product after browsing the page a bit and then go back, the listing page will refresh and being me back to the top, the beginning of the page. Now then I have to scroll all over to where I were. Please fix this :(((((
Good but with small gripes
Overall: Easy to navigate and fairly fluid.
Two main gripes:
1. The “wish list” and “online orders” windows refreshing every time you navigate away from them. Absolutely infuriating design. If I’m in my wishlist, I scroll down and click on a given item, if I were to go back, I am shot back up to the top of the list. Why?
Same with online orders. If I am trying to go through my orders, I don’t want to have to remember where in the list I am. Especially given that I’m looking at nothing more than a lost, meaning there are no quick visual cues.
Extremely poorly thought out.
2. the Simons assistant floating action button (FAB).
Why does it pop up after a delay and constantly in the way of content you want to click on? It results in me winding up in the assistant and when I go back I’m kicked out to the main page. FABs are a very dated design.

App needs major UI update
This app is very clunky, feels like an app developed in 2016. Also the rewards program could be improved to be more rewarding and need ability to add card to Apple Wallet.
Doesn’t even give us the right order
Ordered from this place 4x and every single one of them wasn’t even my order, then i had to pay $10 for their return policy. Save your money and don’t buy from this place.

The only reason I installed your app is to get the card in apple wallet. No such feature. Deleting now.

Express checkout with PayPal takes the money out of your account for all shopping cart items, but leaves your cart as if nothing is paid. Simon’s is happy to take your money and give you nothing in return!
Please Fix Favourites Page
Items added to favourite that are no longer available need to be eliminated from view automatically. Otherwise you are left with a very long list of items to scroll through that is not even relevant anymore
Fb ads don’t open on the app
Btw ads from facebook doesn’t open the item on your app, so you’re paying for ads of nameless items that automatically lead nowhere in the app

No logic
On web I can log in via google, in the app I can’t. No log in with google button. Bad user experience
Clunky & laggy
I had this app installed for a really long time because the website layout was frustrating, but I finally deleted it today after being fed up with how laggy and clunky it is. If I scroll back to the previous screen after looking at an item, it shouldn’t scroll all the way to the top of the page again. Makes the shopping experience super annoying.
