Take something fun and make it not fun anymore. Truly sad. Its the wave of the future. Stuff as many ads as you can to make people hate your app. Developers don’t care anything about the people who play. Just stuff as many ads down their throat as you can.

This game has thousands of levels and it doesn’t constantly prod you for money. It does have an opening reminder about extras you can purchase, but after that, it’s all game with minimal ads.
They also hand out lives like candy and have good incentives to return daily.

Gross ads are ruining it
This game is fun but the disgusting ads are turning my stomach. I’m close to deleting it altogether.
The ads are killing me.
Used to be one of my favorite games. It is now become one of my dreaded games. The majority of ads on this game are broken. Your only way out is to completely shut down the game. I see the same ads on other games and they are not broken so I have to believe that it is the negligence of this apps team to keep broken ads out of their system. And the advertisers have gotten smart. The complaint button at the bottom left stopped working so you can’t complain that the ad is broken. Sometimes an ad may run for as long as three minutes. I was told they have a standard that no ad should run longer than 40 seconds and there has to be the closure button clearly visible. None of their standards are being followed. Fix it! Don’t bother contacting the app developers,I did, still failing in following through with their standards.

Fun game
So I grew up watching Looney Tunes where Elmer Fudd shot Bugs Bunny. And I could go on and on. Once I became an adult, I couldn’t believe my parents let me watch such violent cartoons. There is some of that here. Where Simon slaps the guy with a baseball bat and I’m reminded of my childhood. Have we not moved forward in society where we can have games that appeal to children and ARE NOT violent??

Levels repeating themselves
Been playing this for a while now. I enjoy it and it’s an ok game but two things annoy me. Firstly, I’m on level 2524 and I’ve noticed for a few levels now I’ve played those same level layouts before. The exact same, which is frustrating. Secondly, in the tournament, it’s nigh on impossible to get in the top 3. Im honestly convinced the top 3 are bots. I’ve see scores of 3/4/500k…there’s no way it’s possible to get that high a score. I’m sure it’s bots in the high scores this preventing genuine players from winning the higher prizes.

Bugs not fixed for months
I love this game…maybe too much. But in March of 2025 I submitted a bug report on the game’s Tournament play, where gold tickets I had earned over YEARS just disappeared. I can report any time and they’ll freebie me 5 tickets, but as I’ve reported, the game will use one of those tickets and the other four will disappear, so if I want to play the tournament I can only do so by reporting again, which I have done at least five times. It is now late December 2025 and this bug still is not fixed. (It is the same for all 3 colored tickets, but I only mention the gold for brevity).

Way too many adds and no add free version
I used to love this app, but now there are so many adds and in app purchases it makes it hard to even play a level. I'd buy an add free version but they don't have one so I am gong to remove it again.

No real updates
Use to be a 5 star rating for me. Fun game but the ads are getting to be too much and it’s been the same handful of levels repeating itself.
My favourite game, 8 years in a row.
I’ve been playing this game since I was a kid, and I’ve always loved it. Once they introduced ads, I was hesitant to play again - but these ads aren’t invasive; if you don’t want to watch, you don’t have to. All the ads are skippable & not required.

Deleting because Help person is rude
I’m sure their Name isnt really Dany but I am deleting this app after years of playing directly because of them. I’ve had to reach out to the help tab only twice and both times they have been very condescending, rude and makes it seem like you getting glitches in the game is your fault. They then will not listen, will get it wrong and then blames you.

Why the ad change?
I don’t know why they changed how you can close off the ads but now it is annoying trying to get back to the game. I get that you have to have ads on a game, but after you watch it for the amount of time required you should just be able to click an X. Now I have to click on open store wait additional time and then hit an X. Why was it changed to this? I am uninstalling because of this.

No more Chapter’s in “Blast Time” version? Why?
I have played all of Simon’s Cat games. Started on my phone, uninstalled them when they stopped updating with NEW LEVELS. Not all of Simon’s Cat games have synched to my Tablet. That is why I’m leaving a Review about “Blast Time” here. - I really enjoyed “Blast Time”, but ran through all chapters of the “Story Book” (finding Elves) and completing the additional items to be found on each of the Chapter’s pages. I am very disappointed, I L💖VE Simon’s Cat❣️ But if the Developer’s are not going to add new levels, and/or challenges, I will not be RE-INSTALLING them 😢 Please reply with an explanation.

brutal update
This was my favourite mobile game: adorable graphics, lots of variety in games… I’ve been playing it for years (made it to level 3177 🫣) and had amassed thousands of coins and hundreds of boosters… With the latest update they are ALL GONE. What is the point of that? To promote pay per play? Nah, I’ll just delete the app instead. Really disappointed in this developer.
