This is a simple MP3 player for audiobooks. Open this app and close it -> Open your Files app -> Past a mp3 file to this app folder in your Files app -> Tap the reload button and play the audio.
Using the health app: You can record your sleep time by turning on the sleep timer. Info-> Sleep-> Select the time you woke up -> Save it to the health App.
