So far so good. It has never crashed on me during many hours of continuous use. And I use this almost every week.
2024 Features Don’t Work
App functionality does not work properly. Attendees of events are not receiving their photos and uploads constantly don’t save to the gallery. Also unable to create and switch galleries have to use the same one for all events.
New Update
Would love to see a better process/layout for the printing process. Sometimes people forget to print because they put their phone number first… and instantly submit. Possibly maybe add an option “Send and Print” or an option to automatically print. Thank you!

Don’t get. Waste of money. $80 and I can’t open app anymore.

La uso da anni e va benissimo. C’è stato qualche problema tra i vari aggiornamenti, ma il supporto, sempre pronto e reattivo, mi ha consigliato di cancellare l’app e reinstallarla e tutto funziona nuovamente!
Constant crashing
The app keeps crashing. Sadly feels like this app takes a back seat compared to the subscription version.
Major problems & runs slow
The last update has made the app run even worse.
All kinds of printer problems. No more “actual” auto print.
After clients hit print it goes to a full screen camera mode and gets stuck. No amount of touching the screen does anything. The app has to be force quit to get it working again.
Clients photos are also not being saved to the camera roll even though that setting is turned on.
App needs major update. It’s very sluggish. Almost unusable. FIX THIS ASAP!
Very disappointed in how this app keeps having problems. I hope they fix it because I want to like it and I would like to keep using it since we payed $80 for this app.

You said this would never be taken off us. Haven’t been able to open for 6 months. With the updates it just crashes. Thanks a lot. Do we get a refund….
Didn’t save pictures
After using this app many, many times, I had an 80s birthday celebration where we took so many pictures. At the end of the night I had no pictures.... the save pictures button was no longer checked off. Why would saving pictures not be automatic?! So make sure you check the settings every time because it’s not and can ruin your night.

End of life?
I just purchased this and went to the Simple Booth website to access tutorials or support for the app but the only thing they advertise is Halo, both for apps, bundles, hardware, and support. I see this was updated recently, but all of the training materials I’m seeing only reference HALO. I would highly advise anyone looking to purchase this to look into this so you do not waste $100.

Not happy
Paid a hundred bucks for this app a year ago. Have hardly been able to use it due to bugs and crashes that never do seem to be fixed by the updates, that say they do.
Problems
My app won’t open I have a event and I can’t get no help. I use this and paid for it I couldn’t use it for my last event and it still won’t work. I need a number where I can call and get help! Please help
Not opening
Hello I love using this app for my small events I have one coming up but I am currently not able to open the app I click on the app and it closes right back up. What do I need to do to get this up and going?
Props doesn’t work
Good app for DIY PhotoBooth but wish they would fix the issue with the props. App closes every time you try to add them.

Update Trouble
When I updated the app it made so I couldn’t use the app anymore, but before I updated the app I was able to use the app just fine.
