Help!

I love love this app. But I’ve reached out multiple times trying to get help with no response. I’m hoping this review will get me help. I use this faithfully but the app all of a sudden won’t load Picture Slips for receipts or any photo or screen shot. It just loads and shuts down. Please help I do not want to switch apps this app is great when I can save proof of expenses and income.
