Simple care personal has been developed for elderly who live independently in their home The platform has a number of smart devices that assist the elderly with their everyday needs such as: Access to aged care services available in their area, Access to preferred services providers, Smart watch that monitors and alerts them on key vital health signs, Smart medication organiser that assists them with their daily medication usage, etc… The platform also allows the elderly to allow and enable loved ones (or care providers) to be alerted if their wellbeing is at risk. This includes: The ability notify the family if and emergency has occurred (fall, dangerous vital signs, proximity alerts, etc); The ability to instantly share information with your doctors or care provider (vital signs, medication, etc…
