I have been using this app in Hungary for a number of years now and it works flawlessly! The only downside is that any messages from my Bank is in Hungarian; which really defeats the whole thing! And now I am being told that the app is being replaced by a new one, ‘simpler’ as it is ONLY available in Hungarian! WTAF!

Flexible working hours
Sometimes it works, sometimes doesn’t. Sometimes you can’t stop the parking and you pay an extra few hours for no reason. The new version doesn’t work at all for me. I thought the name “Simple” was given because it’s easy to use, but probably it was given for other reason…

App doesn’t recognize password after a while and unable to log off or find any option to change or reset password.

No willingness to improve
The app allows you to buy an e-Vignette when in fact you have a valid one bought previously in this app. I noted this deficiency to the team but they have not showed any willingness to correct for this. Obviously they prefer to let people make mistakes and keep charging them for that rather than building a well functioning app.

The parking functionality needs work
Not brilliant, does the job ok, however, the parking function has no reminders after certain time, which means you end up forgetting and paying 3-4000 huf at the end!

Difficult
Lehetne a neve inkább Difficult, mivel ez az egyetlen app ami hálózati hiba üzenettel leáll, minden más megy. Curve bankkártyát nem fogad el, külföldi dombornyomott visa kártyát (sem debit, sem credit) nem fogad el. Több mint 10 percet elbasztam az életemből hogy tudjak bérletet venni, mert a BKK ahelyett hogy a londoni rendszert lemásolta volna, ilyen kőkorszaki módszerekkel próbálkozik.
