Five stars
This app is really cool, and I can code html, JavaScript, And css.
Wonderful app!
This app is very simple and quite useful for writing short code snippets. Being able to log in on multiple devices is really nice. Needing to type my password every time after quitting is a little annoying, but not a big deal with Touch ID.
Amazing App
I love coding, so I use this a lot.
Amazing
I really love this app and the formatting. Also, it’s free so I don’t have to be bugging my parents about it. Thanks and keep making more apps, Ken!
very good for quick and simple notes
this is a very simple text writer. it's even simpler than iA writer. too simple, in fact. first, this can be used to take quick notes. and for that, it works well. i also like the fact that the background is black with the font color in green. but that's just my preference. for someone who doesn't like this combination of text color and background, there's no way to change it.
but as a code writer, i find it strange that the tab space is the length of two and a half characters. standard tab spacing for code writers is either 4 or 5 characters. but this needs to be configurable as well. let the user define how many spaces a tab takes. and lastly, the line following a tabbed line should also be tabbed automatically, whether the next line is a wrapped line or by hitting the return key. this is also standard for code writers. this is not what happens in this code editor.
as it is, it's more of a simple note taking app than a code writer.
and i agree with the reviewer who mentioned that the ability to email the file as an attachment is needed. this would be more useful than emailing the actual content in the body of the email. i would also like to add that adding folders would be extremely useful to organize different projects.
lastly, there's no way to rename the file once you name it at the start.
