New Watch interface with a reset button and a travel-mode toggle button. Simple GPX Tracker now provides a complete set of App Intents and Shortcuts to control the App from both the phone and the watch. (Check the support site for instructions.) Skip elevation tag in the GPX file when the value is inaccurate, as it would confuse some readers. Improve syncing of the watch at re-start.
