It’s so good!
Every time I go to a Simple Greek (there’s two in Columbus, GA), I always tell myself, “Now don’t get too many toppings.” But do I listen to myself? Nope! I load it up with too much stuff; it’s real good and all, every time, but it overpowers that wonderful lamb flavor! Next time….
Won’t give rewards
I don’t understand the point of this app. I have ordered over a dozen times online and have not received any rewards points. When I contacted them they said to scan the receipts. But when you order off the app you don’t get a receipt with a QR code to scan. Completely useless.
Great service NOW at East Chase in Montgomery, AL
Since it’s opening, this location has been, well, lacking. Visited today after several weeks and was pleased to see new manager, friendly, and informed me about the new app!! Up until this time, I viewed the location as a bit backwards (like other aspects of some areas within the state) because the app “did not work here” - per 2 prior managers. Please compensate this new manager as he is upholding the Simple Greek quality and service that I’ve experienced elsewhere.

App doesn’t work, can never get rewards
I love simple Greek and I used to be able to use the app easily for rewards and I’d sometimes be sent promotions. Now, the app never opens and I can’t use it to order or get rewards. It’s been this way for several months, so I’m surprised there aren’t many reviews about this.

Great food, useless app
The meals we’ve had at Simple Greek have been delicious but the app does.not.work. I can’t get past the opening splash screen & have removed & reinstalled it. Customer Support has not helped, seemingly communicating with external IT support. Their response is that the problem is mine alone. I suggested they read their reviews, as I’ve seen several complaints like mine. The app’s failure to work means the rewards program is inaccessible. Thanks for nothing.

Decided to try the simple Greek tonight for the first time… It was absolutely delicious… So much to eat and the staff were all amazing… We will be back😋❤️
Protein wheat
I am so impress with Simple Greek from the wonderful delightful servers to the fresh food that is utilized !! At 73 year old I watch everyday that goes in my diet , fresh fruit fresh everything !! I learned many many LOL u r what u eat . I might be 73 , i bike 6 to 10 miles a day now on a statioary bike . Last thing I need is to be plowed into by another biker!!! Thank you fo store in many more locations as my family your freshness and cleanliness store in Hermitage !! I will be looking for you

Worthless and frustrating to the point I will no longer go to this place. Get all the way through the ordering screen but no way to input payment.
Doesn’t work
The order feature doesn’t work. Takes forever to load when it does eventually come up. Searching for locations does not work by zip code even though it says enter zip. At least the food is good.

Lost everything
This was one of my favorite places to eat. Back when the app actually worked, we ordered ahead several times a week. Now it seems like I’m wasting time points every time I go. Sad.

I lost the points that I had earned and I have a free fry reward but app won’t let me redeem it!
Does not work on phone
I was able to set up the app an my iPad but on the iPhone where I’m more likely to order there is no way to move beyond the apps opening screen. Useless, bring back the old app or fix this one fast before I find my new favorite lunch place.
Not working
This is stupid. The app won’t even open and the website tells me I don’t have an account. I’ve only had an account for almost two years now!
Lost everything
It asked if I wanted to migrate rewards .. it is saying my email is taken and it doesn’t show locations in my area at all... mostly out of state... Now I can’t get back into old app. Fix this mess!
