Couldn't add my card
Very frustrating experience. I tried multiple times to add my debit card, and even after successfully approving the request in my bank app through two-factor authentication, the app still failed to add the card. No clear error message, no explanation, and no useful support. A basic feature like this should work reliably. Completely disappointing.

Incredibly Inefficient
Nothing works how it’s supposed to, the amount of time outs before I can do anything is infuriating, FaceID doesn’t work even though I added it in the settings multiple times, it asks for my password every two seconds. Not a 21st century user experience
Problem with password creation
The app requires me to create the password but as soon a as I’m trying to save it, it shows the pop up with the message “Error occurred” or smth like this. So what to do?
No star deserved
It is everything just not simple as it is suggested by the name. Running on ios, regular timeots, network error, screen freeze…I am sure, it is usually working and stable, except, you want to use it…Extremely poor quality, no reliability, I am sorry, that I am forced to use it to some transactions…

Overcomplicated and keeps dropping me out
Despite the name it is not simple at all, it cannot even show all my tickets in one place. The greatest issue however is that nearly every time I want to use the app I need to log in again despite having faceID on my phone.
Not working
It’s not working most of the time and I have to buy tickets at the cashier at a higher price just because of it. The app only says “an error occurred in the system” and I can’t even do anything with it.
Átverés
Hibás az applikáció. Vonal jegyeket tudtam venni persze, de érvényesíteni nem tudom őket. Az app minden része betölt, csak épp a használható jegyeknél nem tölt be. Bezzeg fizetni mindig lehet. Mekkora átverés. Kifizettem 4 jegyet előre és mégis feketén utazhatok, vagy sehogy sem.

Can’t access the app
Says network error and I can’t open the app. Extremely frustrating because I can’t use my public transport pass. This is unacceptable. I’m switching to BudapestGo

A fő funkció, amit használok, a számlák QR-fizetése. A főlapon átrendezem, hogy az első képernyőn látsszon. Ennek ellenére egy-két hetente elvándorol onnan, most épp a legutolsó helyre. Néha induláskor látszik is egy pillanatra ugyanott, aztán elugrik valahova, hogy keressem meg.
Ha egy ennyire alap funkciót nem sikerül megbízhatóan implementálni, akkor inkább nem is szeretném a többit se használni.
Pár napja direkt megengedtem, hogy a helyzetemet lássa, mert mindig elfelejtem parkolásnál, hogy ki lehet kapcsolni. Elfelejtettem. Nem szólt, hogy leállíthatom. Jó, akkor mostantól nem használom ezt sem.

Not the best UX
It asks your password too many times instead of confirming with Face ID

Average at best
After so many updates still can't be removed. Why do we have to scroll and look at activities we will never use and don't want there. The UX/UI is so dated and ugly that my eyes are almost bleeding just from looking at it. QR and checks work as intended the rest is not needed. Thumbs double down.

Not loading for over a month
I cannot use it at all. Its continouosly crashing, I cannot check my highway passes, cannot pay for my parking. Extremely bad development! 😡
There is room for improvement
In total the app is fine and useful, the UI does not have dark mode and the text is also small.
