Over-complication & Tedium
Simply put, pun very much intended, this way of paying isnât worth the trouble. Oneâs much better off with any credit or debit card. A better designation for you is this:

Couldn't add my card
Very frustrating experience. I tried multiple times to add my debit card, and even after successfully approving the request in my bank app through two-factor authentication, the app still failed to add the card. No clear error message, no explanation, and no useful support. A basic feature like this should work reliably. Completely disappointing.

Incredibly Inefficient
Nothing works how itâs supposed to, the amount of time outs before I can do anything is infuriating, FaceID doesnât work even though I added it in the settings multiple times, it asks for my password every two seconds. Not a 21st century user experience
Problem with password creation
The app requires me to create the password but as soon a as Iâm trying to save it, it shows the pop up with the message âError occurredâ or smth like this. So what to do?
No star deserved
It is everything just not simple as it is suggested by the name. Running on ios, regular timeots, network error, screen freezeâŠI am sure, it is usually working and stable, except, you want to use itâŠExtremely poor quality, no reliability, I am sorry, that I am forced to use it to some transactionsâŠ

Overcomplicated and keeps dropping me out
Despite the name it is not simple at all, it cannot even show all my tickets in one place. The greatest issue however is that nearly every time I want to use the app I need to log in again despite having faceID on my phone.
Not working
Itâs not working most of the time and I have to buy tickets at the cashier at a higher price just because of it. The app only says âan error occurred in the systemâ and I canât even do anything with it.

Not the best UX
It asks your password too many times instead of confirming with Face ID

After so many updates still can't be removed. Why do we have to scroll and look at activities we will never use and don't want there. The UX/UI is so dated and ugly that my eyes are almost bleeding just from looking at it. QR and checks work as intended the rest is not needed. Thumbs double down.
