Mileage rate inaccurate
Just downloaded the app and started using it only to find out the mileage rate being used is from 2022. Paying a monthly fee you would think the app should be current with the published IRS rates.
Misses drives, errors in start location
I bought a subscription to this, after using MileIQ for years, thinking I could save a little money. WRONG! I wasted it, and went back to MileIQ. Some drives were completely missed, and several had the starting location anywhere from a block to in one case, 7 miles from my actual starting location. I can’t use it, since it’s for IRS reporting, and must be accurate.

Stopped working
Have used this app for over a year. Stopped working the other day saying it doesn’t have an Internet connection restarted the app, restarted my phone, and tried to delete reinstall and Still not working. Have sent two emails with no response, tried to use their chat feature for help, but there’s nowhere to enter a message. Very frustrating, the product has worked great but these are used to track mileage in real time and even not working for 2-3 days is a big deal

Lacking options
Seems to be good except the fact you can’t manually start tracking a trip. Damn thing has to be set to auto detect.
Not happy—no background tracking
I used to use QBSE and the tracker was good. Thought I found a great replacement, but the lack of background tracking spoils it all. I ended up closing it and thought it was still tracking. I am so frustrated. Busy summer and no tracking from July to November. I’m looking for another app. The rest was pretty cool.

Doesn’t track correctly; no support
Paid for the annual subscription and now regretting it. App has now started “detecting” new trips after just brief stops (stoplights, etc). Breaks one trip into numerous trips. No support response at all. Cancelling, taking my loss, and finding a better app.
