Good software overall — a few weaknesses, but still the best I’ve used so far.

I actually love this software. It has a few weaknesses, but overall it’s still the best option I’ve used on the market. If they could make the process of creating or fixing tickets more direct and less time-consuming, it would be perfect. The IT support team is also good — responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.
