cannot use

Only a small part is visible; the screenshot content is all squeezed into a 3-millimeter-high area at the bottom of the image. Also, could you add Chinese subtitles by the way? Thanks.

Pointless purchase

Adjusted safari extensions, went back into the app expecting something to happen as there are no instructions, nothing happened. Screen doesn't update and its unclear what to do next.

1st 1-star review in 11 years

Avoid this app. It doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad. This is my second negative App Store review after thousands of downloads. I’m surprised Apple let this slip through the cracks. It’s simply broken. Screenshots do not save to the Photos app, Files app, or anywhere in iCloud. I’ll update this review if it improves. I feel like my money was just stolen.

Hey The.Eat, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I have been looking into this and it seems a few websites with heavy ads on it, are struggling to take a screenshot., thank you for bringing this to my attention. I would disagree with saying it’s completely broken but all screenshots are saved to your files app on iOS and your default location on safari for Mac. We will have an update out tomorrow with more responsive feedback making sure if any issue happens the user knows and making it more clear that the app tells you were the find the screenshots.
