So I'm not normally one to write up my own contracts for services and agreements. Normally I'll get a lawyer or an accountant to do it and it costs a ton of money. So when I saw this app I realized how much potential it could have with a few minor tweaks.
I'm giving it a two star rating only because I want the developer to understand the importance of making some of these changes happen.
1. You cant save any agreements inside the app. I was just with a client that I wrote an agreement for and he went to sign for it and messed up. In wanting to do it again, he hit the "clear" button which wiped out the entire form. No warning, not undoable. Very frustrated when I couldn't bring it back, I had to rewrite it all in front of the client.
2. You can't change some of the fields inside the app. This isn't necessarily a problem, because I'm aware the developer has other apps for other purposes, but that's kind of an annoyance simply because all I want to do is change the heading from "service agreement" to "rental agreement" etc.
3. The fields for writing what service you are offering are not expandable. Hopefully you can fit everything you're offering into five lines of text.
4. Uploading a company logo is unnecessarily complicated. You need to upload an image using a computer and you cant choose simply from your camera roll or photos on your iPad.
If these things were changed, I would have paid $20 or more for the app because the idea is simply fantastic. Instead I feel like I spent $5 to simply waste time and be embarrassed in front of a client.
That being said, I don't want the other apps the developer created to be useless, but id rather spend $50 and have all of the apps in one than spend $5 on each. (invoices, quotes, job proposals, even release forms for talent, locations, etc.)
I can't stress enough how much of a money maker this app could be based on it's potential (hoping the developer sees this) But unless something changes, I wouldn't spend another penny on any of these apps. Sorry.

Needs small changes please update.
Needs renewal taken off or to be able to customize. Also I wish it would turn when I lay my iPad on it's side, especially for the signature part. To small of area to sign. Move buttons for editing because they get touched by customer or just put them at top right of page in one small icon that opens.

Needs some work.
Great idea, but I can't get some of the features to work. First I can't insert my company Logo. I followed the instructions and it just won't work. Second It will not allow me to erase the signature so what ever your customers puts down the first time your stuck with. A few suggestion that would really make this app over the top. Allow for the user to change some of the fields, the guarantee is so nebulous and generic, I want to tweak it to fit my needs . Next inset some type of function that automatically calculates the contract value so that sells reps don't waste time doing math. If you do that I would pay a lot more than 5$ form this app. No more carbon copy agreements would be amazing!
