This app functions as a digital speed gun to measure the velocity of a ball. It calculates speed by using the distance the ball travels and the time it takes to cover that distance.
To measure speed, you start the measurement when the ball is thrown and stop it when it is caught. The app then uses the recorded time and a pre-set distance to calculate the ball's speed.
Yes, you can customize the units. The app allows you to select the unit of distance between meters and feet, and the unit of speed between KPH and MPH on the settings screen.
There are two methods to stop the measurement. You can either tap a button to start and tap it again to stop, or tap the button to start and release it to stop. You can choose the method that is most convenient for you.
