Simple Speedometer: GPS HUD

See your GPS speed at a glance with Simple Speedometer. Choose large digital numbers, an analog speedometer or a mirrored head-up display (HUD). All three views support full screen in portrait and landscape. ON IPHONE AND IPAD • View current speed, direction of movement and altitude. • Choose km/h, mph, m/s or knots. • Set a speed alert threshold with sound and vibration alerts. • Record trips and review distance, driving time, average speed, top speed and speed charts. • Export trip summaries as CSV or delete saved records. • Optional background trip recording is off by default and requires separate confirmation. • Live Activities show trip status on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, Dynamic Island. ON APPLE WATCH • Check speed, distance and elapsed time on your wrist. • Record, pause and finish trips using the watch GPS. • Choose km/h or mph and a speed threshold for haptic alerts. • Save trips on the watch and transfer them to your paired iPhone through Apple WatchConnectivity. Transfers may wait until the devices are connected. • Requires watchOS 10 or later. Watch interface languages: English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. No account, ads or subscription. The app does not automatically upload location or trip records to developer-operated servers. System backups and files you choose to share are handled by the relevant services. GPS reception and location accuracy affect measured speed. System power management may interrupt background recording, and Live Activities do not guarantee continued recording after force-quitting the app. The app does not provide navigation or detect actual road speed limits. Speed readings and alerts against your chosen threshold are for reference only. Configure the app before your trip and do not operate it while driving.
