Bought the year subscription and it’s letting me use all features. Don’t know how to contact customer support.

A pain to use! It functions but man is it difficult!!
Not that simple
I spent an hour trying to freeze top column and first row. Can’t even do that. No search function in tutorial. Tutorial is very poor, of little use. I have the paid version. Disappointed.
useless without paying
you can barely do anything without paying for the subscriptiom, what was the point of making it free ok the app store if you need to pay to fill out one spreadsheet

Not A Fan
I use excel everyday. Needed something quick and actually thought I downloaded sheets. The free version has poor features it’s really difficult to insert cells when creating a table or enter in a formula. The basic sum function doesn’t even work when highlighting cells.
Help
Is there some sort of chat or helpdesk that I can ask a question to or do I have to pay the $9.99 subscription fee? Service. How do I make a column stationary so it doesn’t move? Can someone answer that question for me or do I have to pay nine dollars and 99

I use it to keep a record of my sugar levels on a daily use and to show my doctor. So much better tran writing it all down

Basic understanding
For the price is acceptable however there are few details that will make it better as we start using it I find this. For instance there is no sorting of the files is only in the order they entered and no ability to sort the data only as is entered. That will make it much easier to find the information entered.

Would like to be able to insert extra columns and rows and do not like having to exit sheet and get back in to create another formula.

Great app for what I need
Data vanished
Used for many months, and it worked well until yesterday when I had several hundred lines of data vanish into thin air. I was never able to export it for back up with the free version, so I guess I am out of luck.

Basic features locked behind a paywall
All I wanted was to copy or export my own data — and the app asks for a paid subscription just for that. Ridiculous. Apps like Google Sheets offer way more for free. Not worth it unless you’re ready to pay for basic functionality.
