Simple to use, not anymore
They took a program that was very easy to use to a program that’s not reliable and very hard to get to download pictures.
Used this program for years.
Guys you screwed this up.

An Essential Tool
I use this app all the time, both at work and at home for getting photos and videos quickly onto the pc in a format I can use right away. The gallery view means I can browse and snip. Alternatively, I can bulk convert and download to jpg or mp4. It has been a bulletproof part of my daily workflow.

Simple Transfer v4.0.1 Review
I really loved v3.X.X, it’s just the UI wasn’t as clean as it could be, but the transfer speeds whew. Lightning fast.
Now with 4.0.1, UI is super clean but MAN the transfer speeds are a ton slower and idk why! Super super slow.
Note that my connection is and has always been via USB as well for a faster connection compared to the WiFi option, yet this is truly super super slow. For example, currently transferring a 548MB video from my iPhone to computer and it took nearly 4 minutes.. just for that. Way faster prior to update.
Now with 4.0.1, UI is super clean but MAN the transfer speeds are a ton slower and idk why! Super super slow.

Additional charge after purchase
I bought this based on the description which included the cleaner. Then upon using the app I was told to pay additional $9.99 for the cleaner. NOT COOL

I’ve been looking for this app for years
Omg it works so well! Finally. I have spent way too many hours trying to get videos off of my iPhone. This thing is beautiful!

I bought and paid for this app, used it for years, and all of a sudden it’s dead. Doesn’t work any more.

One of the very best apps on the store. A must have. By far the easiest way to transfer photos and videos from iPhone to the computer without cables, iTunes etc. Quick and easy. Works even within secure WiFi environments. Highly recommended.

Fantastic App
Never fails to do the task allotted to it. I have desktop PC's and IPhones and IPads and simple transfer pro makes it quick easy and seamless for getting things from one to the other. Photo's , videos , music , docs and files . Just enter the website address it gives you and let Simple Transfer Pro do all the heavy lifting.

Buggy trash
I selected 7470 photos/videos, after downloaded the zip file and unzipped it, there are only 7445. Some HEIC photos are damaged (couldn’t open), I then downloaded a single failed-to-open photo, still can’t open, but if I download the same photo from iCloud, it’s all good.
I paid $30 for this buggy trash, please don’t repeat my mistake.
