What's New in 簡易型ローン計算機 LoanCalc

3.0

August 27, 2026

Version 3.0 is a complete rebuild of the app. ■ Results appear as you type The "calculate" button is gone. Type an amount or a rate and the results at the top of the screen update immediately, which makes it much easier to compare conditions side by side. ■ See the total interest you will pay The total interest used to be buried in the amortization schedule. It now sits with the rest of your results, along with a bar showing the split between principal and interest. ■ A rebuilt amortization schedule The header row now stays in place, so you never lose track of which column you are reading when you scroll sideways. Bonus repayment months are highlighted. ■ History is now saved when you ask for it Previously every calculation was saved automatically. Now a set of conditions is saved only when you tap the bookmark in the top right, so your history no longer fills up with things you were only trying out. Swipe right on a history entry to open its amortization schedule directly. Note: history saved in earlier versions carries over unchanged. ■ A simpler layout The "Simulation" tab is gone. The amortization schedule now opens from your results. ■ Choose your currency Along with Japanese Yen, the app now supports US Dollar, Euro, and British Pound, and picks one based on your region. ■ Better on iPad Your history and the calculator now sit side by side, and the app works alongside other apps such as Safari in Split View. ■ Bug fix Repayment years were shown with only the last two digits, so a 35-year loan displayed dates like "56/10" with no way to tell which century was meant. This is fixed. ■ Also improved - Bonus repayment now has an explicit "off" option - Input problems are pointed out in place, without clearing what you typed - Dynamic Type and VoiceOver are now supported - Dark Mode colors have been reworked The calculations themselves are unchanged from previous versions. Note: this version requires iOS 17 or later.
