This gets it right
last.fm has a pitiful app that misses scrobbles way too often. I used this for one hour and nothing has was missed. After some time, only the first track in a session was being scrobbled. To be fair, I see now that this app is doing exactly what last.fm does for scrobbling, so I assume there’s something different with how Apple Music is formatting the music data. Perhaps a simple update would fix the issue?

works as intended
i've wasted so much time deleting duplicate scrobs. sometimes they count a song 3 times, i've seen as high as 5. i don't get it but it's super annoying

Started okay
scrobbling on the app started off okay and then it went left. there’s issues with it double scrobbling songs and also giving them 100 extra plays. It’s an issue every time i use it. this costs a buck for a reason.
It’s not great
Scribbles albums absolutely fine, however it seems to be unable to scribble playlists which isn’t idea.
