This app really needs to state somewhere in the description that this is solely for Georgia and Florida. Very limited app for use. I found this app online as I was looking into investing in this company and wanted to try it out myself. Looked promising but it is very limited right now.

We were recommended Simple Showing by a friend on Twitter after having a frustrating and slow time starting to look at buying our first home in Atlanta, GA.
We were loathing the process until we started working with Fred and his team.
