Cant connect
It doesn’t give you an connection code as the admin to connect with the monitor (which is required) I tried everything and nothing, I’m not sure where I’m supposed to find it(very unclear)
Not working
This app will not recognize a session when I am in the admin portion. I would like my money back please if this can't be fixed!

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews. I would assume user error. App works great! Very pleased.
Why isn’t it working?
I have previously used this app and was very pleased with how easy to use it was. I would have ranked it at 4 stars with a star off only because i am a neonatologist and would really love some neo specific settings. Today i opened the admin portion and there was no session number. The monitor portion did not link. Now there is no wave form for HR or sats. I think it recently updated and it broke the app. If you fix it i will go back to being a happy 4 star customer!

Doesn't work
This app needs to be updated. The app does not work at all. Crashes every time. Support page no longer exists. Can't even ask for a refund.
Confusing!!!
No instructions!! All it keeps saying is session failed!! Worse app ever!!

A work in progress
Looks great in theory, but vitals aren’t transmitting from the admin to the monitor. Hopefully it gets better with updates!
