app keeps saying that ive reached the daily limit when i havent even done a lessonđ«©

When it works it is good, but its only worked like twice, so 2 stars.
EDIT: Due to a very quick developer response I have changed my review. It seems very obvious that the developers care about tthe app, and put a lot into it, hence a very effective response and solution. The app actually works now, and I can study without the bugđ

Great revision material however thereâs definitely room for improvement
However I ultimately found that when I went to open the sociology papers it would not load nor let me begin the exam itâs not a network issue or something that requires a restart and I found the same issue with a friend itâs annoying that out of my alevel subjects I cannot rely on this app to let me to some sociology papers whereâs other subjects I can. I find this really useful and would honestly love it if it could be looked into as exams are coming close.

Excellent customer service
What really surprised me was their level of dedication ,they were even replying on Saturdays and Sundays, making sure everything was fully resolved. They went out of their way to help fix internal issues I was having on my laptop as well, which showed a real commitment to helping their users.
The customer service is outstanding, and they are always willing to take feedback seriously. Even small comments or suggestions are listened to, and they genuinely work to improve the app based on what students need. I especially appreciate how willing they are to adjust their syllabus coverage and subject content so it better suits students and their specifications. That level of flexibility is really impressive for a study company.
They solved my issue within 24 hours, and the fact that this happened on a Saturday genuinely surprised me, because most companies would normally take 10â15 business days.
The app itself is also very specific to the actual syllabus and exam specification, which makes it incredibly helpful for studying. If you ever notice something that may not match your specification, I would definitely recommend telling the company, because they are very open to feedback and willing to make changes. It may even turn out to be something that is actually meant to be included, which makes the communication even more useful.
