It works!
This is perhaps the best app I’ve ever used for volunteer ushers. Quick to download and install, no login required, and super easy to use.
I used it for the first time at a concert yesterday. My two volunteer ushers started out extremely concerned about having to use any kind of technology, but after a few scans, they felt confident and secure using the app. One commented that her grandson was going to be so proud of her for finally learning to use her phone.
I had several compliments from patrons on how much faster and problem-free the entry line was than under our previous system. I’m extremely happy so far with our choice to switch to SimpleTix.

Simple ticket scanning
Great app for volunteers that are doing eticket scanning. Just 1 feature to scan tickets. Simple and easy. Great because I do not want my volunteers to have access the full sales information.
Easy to use!
Very easy to setup and use. My event staff were all able to download and install it without any issues. Scanning tickets was very speedy too.
Great conference tool
