No midi out
Could be seriously indispensable with midi out. Without it, not so much…

Paid for ProVersion, but no MIDI options anywhere… No contact info for help…
This is easy 5 star app, but I can’t see any midi options in app, does not appear as a midi device, etc.

Perfect for musicians of all experience levels. An excellent tool for jamming & composing.
Great for Chords! MIDI Out maybe not?

Love using this app with Audiobus to connect with other apps on my device. Allows for quick access to chords and works wonderfully. Happily paid for pro version to support the app.
Con:
When I try to use a cable to connect to other devices or my computer the MIDI out does not seem to work. The original MIDI out icon as show in the product mock up seems to be missing from the app. Would love to know how to get this to work.

How to unsubscribe from pro
It’s a pretty good app. Let’s just say I wanted to cancel the pro subscription, how do I do that? I don’t see anything that says settings or anything

Bought the pro version it’s great but it would be nice if you guys added more chord progressions and more genres please that would take it to the next level overall very satisfied!!

E augmented bug in the matrix
Any time I choose an E augmented chord without a base line in the matrix it gives me base line.

Midi output not working

You have to use Audiobus app and set MIDI input to simpliChords and MIDI output to other app or USB2.0-MIDI Port 1 for cable connection.
Very disappointed, does not record midi.
Title says it all, does work in audio bus, but you cant use it as a midi controller without Audiobus and even then it records the audio into your daw, not the midi, which is kind of useless, you cant tweak it after at all, no midi export, there’s some free apps with more functionality than this one, had high hopes but was let down.

I was very proud to add Audiobus support to my little scale and chord library and I am very sorry that my application does not meet your expectations. If you want to use simpliChords with DAW programs on your computer using a USB cable, you can try to set Audiobus MIDI output to Virtual MIDI Bridge.
Amazing and free - a perfect app
I can’t believe this app is free, the others are trash compared to it. I can instantly find the chord I want, and quickly string accurate progressions for songs. Thank you!!
Amazing underrated little app
Amazing little app. It helps so much when it comes to composition. Super recommended for amateur musicians and seasoned composers alike. It’s helping me so much with my songs.

Nice , clear and simple to use. Interface is slick and updated. It would be nice if the developer could expand more the jazz section. I would not mind to pay for the Pro + with more jazz.

Don't fall for this app; the midi doesn't work with at all.

It's a great tool for basic and intermediate players. I only wish it had the written scales to see on the staff. In my opinion that's all that's keeping it from perfect.
