It was good in the beginning but now it’s not working and I can’t use any of the other features

Honestly it is the worst app I have ever tried .. almost all the stuff you need to pay for and if you don’t need to pay then they are useless and things you can do without paying on another app . Honestly it is the least simplified thing … complexified is the only true name …

1. Subscription for monthly “full access” is not full access. After activating a monthly subscription when you try to add assets, it takes you to the annual pass subscription page. 2. Search fields in support pages don't work at all. Your only option is to manually sift through topics and articles, one by one, in the hopes of finding support for your issue. 3. They now have your money and you have an unusable app.

App doesn’t work at all
You cannot edit your own clips that you made. App is all laggy. Takes about 30min for clips to be made from a 7min video. Everything about this app is bad

I usually never leave reviews but I had to when I purchased the subscription which was $15 and I didn't get any of it! And its not on a problem on my end because its literally in my settings that I have an active subscription for this app but when I go on the app it doesn’t let me use any of the features and still asks me if I wanna “upgrade” more like DOWNGRADE because now Im down $15. Even better that I read the refund policy and they don't offer refunds, it says “cancel or pause if your not satisfied” hey maybe I would be satisfied if I got ANYTHING. I had high hopes because I've seen what this app can do and wanted to use it but instead got scammed.

some of the ai writing things it offers straight up don’t work on my phone. like the templates options. the space for outputs shows up and that’s it.

I paid for the yearly subscription of $108 but when I go to use it continues to ask ti pay for subscription. Ridiculous!

Paid two times for subscriptions but still not able to use the app function this is an app to loot money
Horrible customer service
I have written thrice regarding an issue where I can’t upload images to my assets. No one has resolved the issue. They say they will follow up my case and then I never hear from them again. Don’t bother with this
