It's got bugs
If it worked its Great and you start to depend on the program to be there for you when you need it, and it failed just too many times to rate a 5 star. Customer service say they working on it, but been full of bugs a long time. This is a great and very useful program I have tried the rest and they have bugs in them also. This program is one of the very few that will work with the new iPad also the iPhone it's just frustrating when it does not work. I would recommend this just have tons of patience, it's the best value for the dollar, over the rest of similar programs.

Don't rely on it
Some days it runs flawlessly and fast, other days my information just doesn't load - even after letting it load for up to 10 minutes. Current appointments do not show, and I cannot view or add any new accounts without error messages. Not happy.
