A New Subscription Model: SimpliHere is moving from a one-time purchase to a subscription model: $4.99/month or $49.99/year. This change allows us to continue building new features, improving security, and maintaining the platform for the long term — so SimpliHere keeps getting better for the families who depend on it. II. A Simpler Way to Build Your Care Circle: The biggest change in this release is how caregivers join SimpliHere — and the answer is: for free. Only the patient needs a subscription. Once subscribed, the patient creates their account, builds their Inner Circle, and invites up to 5 caregivers. It's a simple three-step process: 1-Patient sends an invite. 2-Caregiver downloads the app. 3-Caregiver enters the invite code. Caregivers are assigned one of two roles: 1-Primary Caregiver — receives and manages the patient's requests, helping coordinate day-to-day care. 2-Supporting Caregivers — can view requests and stay informed, so the whole team knows what's needed. No extra subscriptions. Less friction. Faster setup. Easier coordination for everyone. III. Now HIPAA Ready: SimpliHere now meets HIPAA requirements, meaning patient information is protected with stronger privacy safeguards.
