The background "music" ruins it.
Please take out background sounds
I love this app and so appreciate it. I would use it MUCH more often if the meditations didn’t have background sounds. They can be very intense and distracting, especially if there is already a lot of sound around me while I listen. I find myself not using app for this one reason. Please make this an option on the app and I would even happily pay for it!

The content by the author is great. However with the background music running which is loud, it’s impossible to work with the meditations, sadly. Such a shame. Music not needed for these deep introspective meditations.

I’m sorry the app seems to have caused you so much frustration. I hear that you don’t like the slow transitions. They are intentional but not everyone’s cup of tea. Are you still having issues with Bluetooth? I am not aware of this being an issue for others. If you are still having issues please send a message including your iPhone model and iOS version, and I’ll do my best to fix it. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

Great meditation app
Great guidance & background sounds & music, which, at times, seems a bit loud & competes with the spoken meditations.
The IOS/iPad version is a better app. I also have the Android version, which doesn’t allow downloads, so you always have to have WiFi to access the meditations. Also, it doesn’t allow you to mark meditations as favorites.

Extremely potent pointers, great app
Dr Dilullo’s pointers are the most incisive and potent non-dual awareness pointers that I have encountered thus far. This collection of what is now over 60 meditations is such a gift. The app is great and works without issue for me. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Dilullo and the developer.

The deep end of the pool
This is not an app that teaches meditation, and I wouldn’t recommend this app for beginning meditators. Some skill and experience in meditation are needed to be able to take advantage of what’s being offered here…

I found this to be such a great meditation guide. Each session is well done, enlightening and the perfectly guided. The music is perfectly paired with each session. Appeals to beginners and masters alike.

I love the aesthetics of the app and the meditations are great pointing out instructions.
Spectacular Mediations!
These meditations transport me to such a beautiful empty space of relaxation and surrender yet so alive and direct in the moment. They are beautifully spoken and the music just rocks my consciousness into an emptying out experience. Like a baby being rocked to sleep only where they take me isn’t asleep it’s so alive and awake that consciousness can’t touch. I love being directed to the senses in the way these mediations do. There is a spectacular heart involved in the creation of this app and I am so happy it’s accessibly. I can feel the speakers heart, and experience as a wave in this vast ocean yet so intimate.
