Poor performance
I’ve used this app for a few years and recently it’s a nightmare. I have to keep deleting the app to be able to see any account details. It’s up to date and so is my phone. I’m unable to make payments through the app as it keeps sending them back to me. So overall poor performance and not an app I trust.

Since the last update I can no longer find the balance of my account. It also doesn’t find product numbers that I have seen on flyers

I returned an item on 3.12.25 and it has been received by yourselves but you still charged me for it. It's impossible to get help and speak to someone

Can’t get to payment page
Tha app works until you are ready to pay then the payment page won’t load.
App Update
Can not do a thing on the app since the most recent update. It won’t even let me log on to my account and according to the app there are no products for sale. Will just buy from New Look instead.

App performance is terrible,
Often tells me whole categories aren’t available and I’ve spelt it wrong when I’m not even using the search function .

Not working
I’ve been trying to use the app and it’s still not working. Luckily I got through using an email I received. I prefer the app, much more accessible. Hope it gets sorted soon.
Now unable to see saved items
Since the latest update I can no longer see my saved items even though it says I have items saved!
Promo codes don’t work
Every time the app gets updated, I can’t add promo codes. It eventually sorts itself out (weeks later) then happens again. So frustrating.
Logs me out
It’s a good app but I’m fed up of it logging me out of my account every time I close it.

I can’t get on the app so even to pay my account I have to go on the home sister app which is ridiculous
Delivery Timescales Unclear
When you order something online using your account and select free next day delivery, you don’t expect to receive an email almost 24 hours later confirming that your order has been “accepted”
Overall the app works quite well but does periodically delete your list of saved items and for some reason will display the same item multiple times if it is available in a variety of sizes.

Huge disappointment
I have ordered 2 dresses that haven’t been delivered, while their courier service is not responding, claiming that they have proof of delivery- confirmation of the delivery address. Such a nonsense, I will never order again from this app !
Only worth ** unfortunately
Only giving ** apps constantly shuts down after a few minutes of browsing. This would be a great app if I could actually get to see some of the products being sold too as not all pictures load. Sort it out and problem solved you could have your *****
Dosent work
App dosent work , needs fixing on mobile phones , can’t seem to upload any categories on my iphone .
Good but few issues
I think the app is brilliant but I don’t if it’s just me but I don’t have the home section anymore in my app. There’s nothing on home accessories, tech, rugs etc
Simply be review
I love simply be clothing and other products , Being a larger lady i know i can trust that simply be will have an excellent range for me to browse and buy. I love being able to try the clothes on at home and not feel rushed like when in a shop. I very seldom shop anywhere else for clothes because unlike simply be i don’t know the quality of items. Simply be has an excellent customer service and excellent delivery time ( the next day on most items. In my opinion this is by far the best place to buy clothes whether you are curvy or not.
