I am older and need 3.0 reading glasses. No way can I read the tiny clock on my iphone or ipad screen.
This is fantastic. No ads. After setting up the best color and font type it's good forever.
I keep it in my task bar. It's yellow so easy to pick out. I tap the yellow icon and my entire screen is used to display time and date.
When I want it closed, I hit the home button and swipe it away.
Perfect away from home whenever I need to find out what time it is.
I had problems with the brightness setting today and the developer was amazing. He replied to my email very promptly with directions!
"You start Simply Clock as normal, then unlock it (the symbol with the lock in the menu must have a green border). Then you can change the brightness in Simply clock by swipe up / down (not the iOS system settings). If you close the app and open it again, the setting is the same."

It doesn’t show the correct time or date.

Simply Clock displays the system time. If your device is set incorrectly, the correct time will not be displayed. So check your device settings.
Useless
This is the most frustrating app I have ever had the misfortune of using. While the instructions say tap with so many fingers to get certain results, i have tapped away on this app with utter uselessness.

Why do not you write your problem to the support e-mail, if you do not understand something? How should you help in the evaluation area? The description says that the app automatically locks after a few seconds. So you have to unlock them first (see AppStore screenshot "Intuitive"). The gestures work, of course, unless you have the zoom enabled. The zoom feature of the iOS settings uses the 3-finger gesture.

Yes, that is possible. Go to the iOS settings / general settings / date and time. Disable the 24h format here. Problem solved.

Less models
It need to be updated with new more models for digital clock or simply I can import any models on internet manually
Finally, I can have seconds
After searching for more than ten years finally someone made a large digital clock showing seconds.
