It’s a bit dodgy and doesn’t tell u that it includes Russian which is v confusing

Simply Learn Bulgarian

I used the free version for about a month and was able to learn all the basic conversation phrases ready for my city break. It’s such an easy to use app that I have upgraded to pro at a very reasonable one-time price! Looking forward to becoming very fluent before my next trip! Thanks!

Best App Ever

All I needed for starting Bulgarian. Stunning app, 10/10. The only issue is sometimes the app crashes but it’s not worth a downgrade on the score. Perfect, wouldn’t have it any other way. 🐖

Best app to learn Bulgarian essentials

This is the best of the limited selection of apps for learning Bulgarian I’ve found.

+ Has common words and phrases
+ Shows the pronunciation as both Bulgarian and English characters
+ Lets you hear the pronunciation
+ Can save phrases to favorites which can be reviewed as flash cards

That said it could still use improvement:

- More phrases (like “I don’t speak Bulgarian”)
- Ability to add custom phrases & definitions to study as flash cards
- Option to hear male pronunciation doesn’t work (only female)
- Better design

Also the search function is easy to miss. (You need to pull down to see it.)

This is the best Bulgarian app I’ve used so far I really like it and I’m learning so much thanks to this wonderful app so I very highly recommend it 😊

It’s ok..

I think this app is great and it helps allot but it’s a bit inconvenient that you have to pay so much just to be able to learn some words.. overall, the app was okay. It has allot of potential but I think they could’ve maybe put a bit more thought into it and maybe not make you pay so much to learn some words. Also I am aware that a company has to make money somehow, I just think that it’s allot of money to be paying.

Love it

Absolutely love this app. My wife is Bulgarian and it has helped me learn some more of her language and communicate with her family. I would love an update to get more phrases!

learn bulgarian app

this seems the best app ive come across for listening and the bulgarian/ english pronouncement of the word written above each word.
ive only been using the free version for now but once ready will purchase the rest.
maybe shorter ways to say things - like quick lingo would be useful but i practise with this app every day.
iv’e not practised it with bulgarian speakers yet.
is there an AZ index for the words i can access quickly ?

Simple and easy!!!

I really like this app -- it's easy to use and the flash cards and quizzes are especially helpful! Haven't tried the pro version yet but probably will next
