Worst customer service!
I placed a decent size order and was looking forward to recieving until I noticed the shoes were wrong size?! I immediately text # on shipping label and next day got a reply stating to follow return steps which i did. I received a confirmation and then next day an email starting so you have our app? Which I did not so i replied downloading now & what else did i need to do for returning wrong size shoes. I never even opened the box so it’s not like i could even try on-that would look like wicked step sisters on Cinderella trying to squeeze in a shoe that small 🤦🏻♀️ I wear an 8.5 and ones sent were 5.5 and i double checked everything possible on my end and still do not know how they got wrong size. So basically now going on past the 10 day return policy I’m getting a “non Returnable” on the app showing I can’t return these when I’ve tried for a solid 2 weeks. So now I’m stuck with a $39 +tax pair of boots I cannot wear and no one will or has followed thru with their end of these return steps?! I will never order again from someone who is this obvious with their ZERO CONCERN AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE details! I get that companies deal with i don’t like it stuff but this is truly a i have no idea what or how the size is mess up so please return! I’d even take a trade or store credit but nope not one word from anyone on how to fix this?!?! What’s wrong with true honesty and customer service so that people want to be a return customer?! And if you saw my closet you’d want me to shop again because it’s obvious that i shop a lot especially online boutiques to get items not local to my area but I can’t possibly wear something that’s completely wrong size on my feet! 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
