I have been using the Simply Nikah app for the last three months as a premium member, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The app is constantly crashing, freezing, and closing on its own, which makes it very frustrating to use. The user experience feels poorly optimized and not at all what I expected, especially from a paid membership.

I downloaded this app about a year ago and at that time this app was very buggy but they got the job done well.
I’ve gotten back on this app recently and I can say it’s becoming a muslim tinder which is scary. Monetization of a service like this does not work long-term. It works for Tinder because these people don’t want to get married and will continue to come. Muslims ideally won’t be returning customers unless some men want four.
A suggestion I can make as pivoting towards adsif money is genuinely a necessity. “watch this advertisement to get more like likes” I don’t know what’s going on in the background with finances but this is very concerning given the weight of marriage.
additionally, there needs to be more weight given to the wali involvement on this app.
This app has potential, and I hope it doesn’t get squandered

There’s nothing in it if you are a free member only 3 likes and 1 message and cant even see the people you liked the profiles are gone after liking just another money making so called “halal” app

I can’t login
It’s so slow it’s ridiculous I have matched with someone and I can’t login it keeps coming back to number verification and shows its already in use with some account which is not possible. Pls solve this

I downloaded the app in September and wasn’t to impressed, but I’ve seen massive improvements since then. They have made major updates and it’s still free to use so it’s a thumbs up from me.
Refund!
If you have any integrity, and if you truly are a practising Muslim matrimonial service, you should refund my money. The app constantly crashes, and in total I’ve only been able to use it for around three hours. Despite paying for premium, I’ve had no matches and an extremely poor user experience.
I genuinely signed up in good faith, believing this was a trustworthy platform, especially as it is endorsed by Mufti Menk. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I do not feel comfortable paying for a service that does not function properly and feels misleading. I am requesting a full refund.

Not friendly
First of all, app isn’t user friendly. Second of all, men SHOULD NOT HAVE EASY ACCESS TO MESSAGE ME WHENEVER THEY WANT. If I don’t like them back, they should not have access to message me or call me either. That is a total violation of me. I have deleted my account and will be deleting the app too. Very disturbing and disappointing.

Very froud application in this field i joined premium member ship only after 4days atoumaticaly signed out my profile then we can not connect same id. Very froud and money looted developers

This app has too much glitches unable to message to anyone even who fits the better match and he is prime member but still unable to drop a message .. so plz make this app faster and glitch free to overcome the long lasting issues.

To chat, both users must like each other first this creates a mutual match. But you also have Lightning Chat, which lets you message without matching: free users get 1 per day, premium users get 5. We’re working to reduce glitches and improve speed thanks for your patience!

This app is a blatant cash grab, plain and simple. The creators clearly prioritize profits over serving the Ummah or fostering genuine connections in the Muslim community leading to marriage.
There’s zero emphasis on user experience or ethical matchmaking; it’s all about squeezing money out of hopeful users.
The biggest red flag? The overwhelming majority of profiles are ghosts or inactive for months on end. You’re constantly wasting your limited swipes on people who’ve long since logged out and have no intention of returning. It’s frustrating and feels deliberately deceptive, like the app is padded with dead accounts to create the illusion of a bustling user base.
I shelled out for the monthly subscription, and it was a complete waste. Zero value, no meaningful interactions, just regret.
